Overview
Sheila Riebe is a CLA BizOps CFO with over 20 years of experience in Healthcare Finance, Benefits and Systems. At CLA she is in the BizOps Healthcare Group within the Minneapolis outsourcing practice for the firm. Sheila provides accounting and consulting services to a variety of healthcare clients, with a focus on senior living and non-profit clinics. She has significant experience in dealing with the wide variety of challenges faced by these sectors of the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining CLA Sheila was one of the 3 original employees who grew Keystone Communities (Keystone Senior Living) from the original 3 employees to 6 communities and 430 employees. While there she served in several roles from Controller to CFO, Treasurer and Corporate Manager of Administration. Her duties there included finance, benefits, policies & procedures, compliance, and business and low voltage systems.
