Overview
Brian Quinlin is a Director with CLA's State and Local Government group. He has been serving state and local governments, including counties, municipalities, and special districts since 2002. In addition to governmental entities, Brian also works with certain non-profit organizations and local government investment pools that report in accordance with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).
