Overview
Allison is an experienced senior finance professional who enjoys problem solving and building high-performing teams. She has led teams in both Fortune 500 companies and smaller PE backed companies. Allison has broad financial experience including leading acquisition integration for both domestic and international companies, shared service integrations, supply chain finance and FP&A as well as broader roles leader strategic project management and process improvement efforts. Allison is skilled at functioning in ambiguous environments and driving change & improvements by leading and influencing diverse groups of individuals.
