In 2020, Bonnie joined CLA’s Financial Services Group, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experience in credit union compliance. She brings deep, hands-on knowledge in conducting risk assessments, evaluating internal controls, and developing effective compliance procedures. Bonnie is well-versed in implementing regulatory requirements and has a strong command of compliance regulations related to AML/CFT, deposit operations, consumer lending, digital platforms, and marketing practices. She also has experience conducting risk assessments across various operational areas. Since joining CLA, she has broadened her experience by working with a diverse range of financial institutions, further expanding her industry insight and adaptability.
