Stephanie McDonald

Overview

Stephanie began her accounting career in assurance at CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP (CLA). She has over 10 years of experience in accounting and consulting services. In 2016, she transitioned to Global Advisory and Outsourcing, allowing her to serve clients in financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, financial projections, developing internal financial and operational controls, managing business compliance, and performing internal audits. As a global advisor, Stephanie helps companies coming inbound to the U.S. set up their business operation with ease. Foreign Companies have various complexities when establishing their U.S. Subsidiary. Stephanie oversees the process of setting up her client's banking, legal, insurance, payroll, and employee benefit structure.

 

Stephanie and her team serve as outsourced controllers and consultants to global businesses. She is experienced in developing efficiencies in an organization's processes through the use of software and other technology.

 

Stephanie is committed to serving her company by coaching associates and seniors. She is also a member of the Emerging Retail Leadership, Global Leadership, and NABA Taskforce teams within CLA. She is an Alteryx Civic Developer; she leverages the software to build automation and dashboards for Global BizOps teams.
