Overview
Heather has been in Human Resources for 10 years and has been with CLA since 2015. She is part of the Talent Management team and supports coaching and career development initiatives for the firm. She works with leaders and coaches to foster a culture of coaching for careers, drive ownership of career development and personal growth, and leverage unique career path opportunities. She is also an Adjunct Instructor for undergraduate courses in Human Resources at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL.
