Overview
John is a manager with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in the Forensic and Valuation Services group. He has experience providing financial valuation and transaction services including valuations of business enterprises, capital stock, debt securities, derivative and complex securities, and intangible assets consisting of trademarks, patents, customer relationships, and other intellectual property. He has experience working with companies of all sizes, from large publicly traded corporations to small privately held companies. His clients operate in a wide variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, biotechnology, logistics, chemicals, telecom, semiconductor, and many others.
John has experience in valuation engagements for the following purposes:
