Shannon Larsen is a Business Engagement Director on CLA’s national Digital team, supporting the firm’s national business operations advisory (BOA) group. She contributes to business opportunity assessments, system selection projects, lean process consulting, and implementation advisory services to clients. With over five years of experience in project management, Shannon also brings more than 25 years of prior experience in administrative assistant functions.
