Tenzin Lama has more than nine years of assurance experience, specializing in employee benefit plan (EBP) audits and retail industry audits. She leads and supports engagements across planning, fieldwork, and reporting, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client service. Tenzin is experienced in evaluating internal controls, managing complex testing procedures, and mentoring team members throughout the audit process. She enjoys building collaborative relationships and contributing to a positive, connected CLA experience.
