Michael is a Principal in CLA's assurance practice. He has extensive experience with manufacturing and distribution clients and with professional services industries where he draws on his strengths as a skilled multi-disciplinary technician and trusted advisor. Mike provides strategic business and tax planning for clients and assists clients in adopting and implementing best operational and financial reporting practices.
Mike has served closely held businesses throughout his career and uses his expereince to assist families with business, transition and estate issues.
