Dan’s consulting experience has been with companies of all sizes both on the production floor and in support departments. He has worked effectively with production teams, cross-functional teams, and executive management teams.

Dan’s vision and analytical abilities enable him to help companies see the future vision and build the road to reach it. He has a unique ability to easily see the trends and fact patterns in data. He also has a strong background helping clients use information technology to improve business processes and obtain better information for quicker and more informed decision making. He has guided companies through system implementations and re-implementations, EDI implementation and custom programmed solutions.

Dan also has multi-faceted experience in internal controls, including business processes, information technology, and quality systems. In addition, he consults with clients on how to qualify for the research and development tax credit.
