Overview
Bethany has more than 30 years of experience providing professional services including assurance, tax, business valuation, litigation support, and transaction services. She has specialized in business valuations and litigation support for the last 23 years and currently leads CLA's Valuation, Forensics, Litigation, and Investions (VFLI). She performs business valuations for companies for succession planning, transactions, gift and estate tax planning and filings, shareholder agreements and disputes, divorce, and other litigation purposes. Bethany has testified for Illinois, Michigan, New Mexico, Washington, and Wisconsin litigation matters.
Bethany is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), and holds a Certification in Financial Forensics (CFF).
