Overview
Michael Hart is a BizOps chief financial officer in CLA’s Minneapolis location. He is an active member of our real estate and construction industry groups. With 25 years of finance, REIT operations and accounting experience, he joined CLA in 2021.
Michael works closely with clients to assess financial controls, review and develop organizational structures, implement accounting policies and procedures, develop long-range models and financial plans, perform audit readiness work, and provide other consulting services to include financial reporting, cash management, staff management, bank relations, tax returns, and software system support.
In addition to his client-serving role, Michael is an industry leader for real estate within our Minneapolis BizOps group. He works closely with local and national industry and service leaders to manage the growth, disciplined financial management, quality and people in his respective industry.
