Overview
Tara has a vast history of working in operations, finance, and management. Prior to joining CLA in 2016, she managed a retail store, worked as a Lending Risk Analyst, and a Branch Manager for a large financial institution. At CLA, she has experience in most aspects of Internal Operations, and for the last 2 years has worked on a small team within the Credit Management group. Tara oversees the accounts receivable and collections for the Eastern Midwest region. She works closely with office leaders and their clients in order to mitigate risk to the firm, and to lower our overall days sales outstanding. Tara also provides credit checks for several new CLA clients.
In the community
Tara is the current co-lead of the Parents and Caregivers Virtual Belonging Community. She also sits on many of the CLA Foundation committees. Previously, Tara was the Young Advisory Council (YAC) Chair for the Iowa offices.
