Overview
Heidi is the leader of CLA's Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). She has spent her career specializing in nonprofit accounting services. Areas where she engages with clients as a CFO include:
- Financial report preparation for management and board
- Developing budget and cash flow forecasting models and financial projections
- Financial department and accounting system assessments
- Managing internal controls, as well as many other compliance and policy functions
- Training and coaching throughout the group as well as implementing new standardization practices
