Jennifer Gaitsch Aguirre

Overview

Jennifer has eight years of experience providing tax services to companies and individuals with complexities related to foreign matters. She has wide-ranging experience serving middle market companies, as well as their owners and officers. She has worked with a variety of business entity types, including C Corporations, S Corporations and Partnerships, with a focus on foreign owned companies, in all aspects of tax compliance and planning. She similarly has experience working with U.S. and foreign individuals who are navigating the U.S. reporting requirements as they travel in to and out of the United States. In addition to standard domestic tax engagements, her experience includes international tax planning, foreign investment in U.S. real property reporting requirements, U.S. withholding on payments of income to foreign persons and voluntary disclosure filings for unreported foreign assets.
