Janet Fischer strives to live her life with intention and desires to see others do the same. She has a passion to walk alongside people and be a part of their personal and professional growth. Throughout her professional career in health care and as the wife of a pastor Janet has held positions of influence and leadership. Janet leverages relational connections to improve both individual and team performance and effectiveness especially in the areas of team building accountability, process design and leadership performance. Janet is a certified coach. She uses coaching and her 20 years of leadership experience to develop leaders at CliftonLarsonAllen as the Lead Well Leader.
