Overview
Chad Dolly is a director with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP and has over 18 years of experience in providing financial valuation and transaction consulting services including valuations of business enterprises; capital stock; impairment tests, and intangible assets consisting of trademarks, patents, customer relationships, contractual agreements and other intellectual property. He has extensive experience working with both public and private companies of all sizes. In his previous position, he served as a Senior Manager for 10 years in the valuation group at Ernst & Young, LLP and also has been with RSM, Deloitte, and investment banks. His industry experience includes healthcare, agribusiness, food and beverage, automotive, chemicals, construction, industrial components, manufacturing, newspaper, semiconductors, and many others sectors and subsectors. Chad has experience both in serving external clients as an outside specialist as well as providing assistance to internal audit reviews as part of the SAS review process.
