Brianna Dierken-Boals

Overview

With more than 13 years of experience, Brianna provides strategic departmental leadership along with maintaining, managing, and overseeing all aspects of investor services to private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds.

Brianna specializes in KYC/due diligence, anti-money laundering compliance, investor allocations and investor reporting. She enjoys building strong client relationships and assisting in the development of client due diligence programs to create a streamlined investor experience.

Prior to joining CLA’s Fund Administration team, Brianna was Vice President of Client Relationship Management at a global fund administration firm with $1.4 trillion in assets under administration. In her role, Brianna led a team of relationship managers and oversaw client on-boarding, managed the suite of fund administration services provided to clients, and acted as the centralized point of contact/subject matter expert for all alternative investment clients. Prior to that role, Brianna served as the Director of Investor Services for alternative investments for over 5 years and before that worked as an alternative investment fund accountant for over 4 years all for the same global fund administrator.

Education

Brianna graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Accounting and Finance.
