Overview
Todd has more than 30 years of experience auditing private companies in the manufacturing and agricultural industries. He currently serves as the managing principal of the Western Ohio CLA team. Todd serves international companies both coordinating global group audits and inbound foreign owened companies with US operations. He has also assisted in transactions services, M & A activity, and succession planning. He is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA and he currently serves on several community associations.
