Over 40 years in public and private accounting in a number of industries including construction, real  estate development, property management, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and professional services. 

Spent 10 years a COO and CFO of a $25M technology reseller achieving:

• $18M sales growth
• Implemented strategic planning and strategic management processes
• Streamlined the finance department resulting in improved efficiency and enhanced teamwork with management and operations

10 years  as CFO for a $15M residential property developer and home builder: 

• Implemented new construction based software system
• Assisted in streamlining home construction process resulting in capacity increasing from 32 homes completed per year to 52.

While at CLA have been involved in:

• Finance Department Assessments. Performed assessments for companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, transportation, construction, county government and public housing resulting in recommendations related to organizational structure enhancements, improved efficiencies, and technology innovations.
• Outsourcing Services.  Performed finance and operations services on a temporary basis for a number of clients, primarily in the construction industry
