Overview
Sarah has experience in providing accounting and consulting services to state and local government and non profit agencies. She specializes in monthly financial statement preparation, grant reporting, and annual financial statement preparation, including all notes and disclosures required under GASB.
Sarah's specific industry experience includes housing authorities, port districts, and Tribal agencies. She has experience with LIHTC development, RAD conversion, USDA funding, Section 8 voucher cluster, ICDBG, and IHBG fund accounting and related forms of reporting and accounting.
