Overview
I’m a People Insights Associate at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, where I support internal recruiting teams by helping manage, maintain, and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS). I work closely with recruiters to ensure recruiting data is accurate, consistent, and easy to use, enabling teams to focus on delivering a strong candidate experience.
My role blends data, systems support, and collaboration—helping translate recruiting activity into reliable insights while supporting efficient processes across the hiring lifecycle. I enjoy being a behind-the-scenes partner to recruiting teams and contributing to data-driven decisions that support CLA’s talent strategy.
