Overview
Jerry Bregg is a tax principal in the Salt Lake City and Carlsbad offices with more than 25 years of experience. Jerry has deep experience with early-stage to publicly traded technology companies. Jerry’s experience includes time in both public accounting firms and industry. Jerry’s public accounting years include twelve years with the Big Four accounting firms, and most recently serving as the office managing partner of a top 8 firm. In between this time, he was the head of tax for Cricket Wireless, a publicly traded company sold to AT&T. Jerry has deep experience in corporate taxation, international tax, and ASC 740. He is also currently an adjunct instructor at the University of Utah teaching international tax to master of accounting students.
