Andrew Bostian

Overview

Andrew provides a complete range of valuation services to privately owned companies. His experience includes valuations for gift and estate tax purposes, bank financing, litigation support, charitable contributions, equity-based compensation, equity buyouts, debt instruments, S corporation elections, purchase price allocation, goodwill and intangible asset impairment testing, intellectual property valuations, and discount for lack of marketability studies.

Andrew’s work also focuses on the provision of a full range of transfer pricing services for his multinational clients, from planning to documentation to audit support. In this context, Andrew has performed a wide variety of economic analyses, including assisting clients with global transfer pricing documentation, country-by-country reporting, advance pricing agreements, business restructurings, intangible migration, and licensing and cost sharing projects.
