Overview
Michelle has over 20 years of tax experience and is the Office Tax Leader for the Rhode Island office. As a signing director in CLA’s tax department, Michelle works with companies organized as S corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, as well as with their shareholders and owners; specializing with manufacturing and distribution companies. She most often handles tax projects involving multi-state taxation and SALT issues.
