Steve has over 30 years of assisting clients in the real estate industry with cash flow analyses, IRC Section 1031 exchanges, cost segregation studies, and evaluation of real estate transactions. Steve works closely with large real estate family owned businesses helping with various tax strategies and business transactions.
For the affordable housing industry, Steve ensures that clients are in compliance with the current laws and regulations of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the California Housing Finance Agency, and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee.
