Amy Allred

Overview

Amy has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting in both the Seattle and Walla Walla regions of Washington. She has worked in a wide range of roles for businesses in the real estate and marketing sectors, including seven years as the finance director and deputy executive director for a housing authority. Through this varied experience she has developed strong analytical skills, financial management experience, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles as they relate to the operational functions of a business – able to focus on the big picture by concentrating on the right details.

As opportunities arose to take on large projects and learn new skills in addition to the basic accounting regimen, Amy took every chance she was able and built a portfolio of experience uncommon among general accounting circles. These skills include: software selection and implementation; contract and lease analysis and administration; process development and improvement; budgeting and financial forecasting; business plan creation; internal project management; fixed asset and real property management; financial and business analytics.
