Overview
Amy has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. She has worked in a wide range of businesses in the real estate and construction sectors, including seven years as the finance director and deputy executive director for a housing authority. Through this varied experience she has developed strong analytical skills, financial management experience, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles as they relate to the operational functions of a business – able to focus on the big picture by concentrating on the right details.
Amy's wide range of skills includes: software selection and implementation; contract and lease analysis and administration; process development and improvement; budgeting and financial forecasting; business plan creation; internal project management; fixed asset and real property management; financial and business analytics.
