Overview
Heidi is the Chief Finance and Operations Officer at CLA. She teams up with Internal Operations to ensure the firm is operating effectively and leads the Internal Finance team to assist with the preparation of the monthly financial statements, processing of accounts receivables and payables, and coordinates and facilitates the annual budgeting process. Heidi also manages the banking relationships for the Firm. Additionally, Heidi collaborates with other enterprise business leaders on various special projects as directed by the Leadership Team to design, develop and implement initiatives that support CLA's culture, strategies and desires to be an integrated wealth advisory, outsourcing and public accounting professional services firm that helps our clients succeed professionally and personally.
Heidi began her accounting career with CLA as an auditor in the healthcare industry. In 2015, Heidi transitioned to the Chief Financial Officer and became the COO/CFO in January 2021.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Major in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business
