Overview

Katelyn’s experience managing due diligence projects includes buy-side quality of earnings, sell-side quality of earnings, working capital analysis, EBITDA analysis, financial statement analysis and reporting. Specific experience includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Project scoping and risk assessment
  • Identify and communicate both quantitative and qualitative transaction specific risks and findings
  • Asses the target’s ability to produce financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • EBITDA and EBITDA adjustment analysis
  • Analysis of stand-alone costs for carve-out transactions
  • Working capital analysis and true-up calculations
  • Balance sheet testing and analysis
  • Analysis of historical, projected and pro forma financial measures used in determining key transaction terms and valuation
  • Analysis of target’s industry, operations, assets, revenues and cost structure to identify any business, operational and financial matters which impact the potential transaction
