Jolene Bulger

Overview

With more than 10 years of experience, Jolene provides fund accounting, financial reporting, and administration services to private equity, real estate, and venture capital funds executing on a variety of investment strategies.

Jolene specializes in new fund onboarding, investor allocations, and reporting. She enjoys building efficient streamlined processes and operating procedures to help serve client needs.

Prior to joining CLA’s Fund Administration team, Jolene was the Director of Fund Accounting at a global alternative investment firm with $15 billion in net assets under management at its peak. In her role, Jolene led a team of fund accountants and oversaw the close processes, expense allocations, fee calculations, investor statement preparation, financial statement preparation, capital activity notices and calculations for both internally and externally administered funds. She also participated in the launch of 15 funds with varying complexities. Before working in Fund Accounting, Jolene was an audit manager at CLA, focusing on financial institutions and internal controls.
