Associations and other nonprofits are not immune to threats, a point made clear by Jim Kreiser, principal with CLA’s IT risk management services, in this eight-minute video. Speaking at the recent CLA Association Conference in Chicago, he stresses the importance of enterprise risk management (ERM) to assist in identifying and addressing risk throughout your organization.
“Every type of organization needs to understand the risks that might impact its ability to fulfill its mission,” Kreiser says. He goes on to offer insight on the value of ERM for board members, executives, and management.
