CLA Talks: Benefits of Streamlining Association Services

Association consultant and bestselling author Harrison Coerver explains how resource concentrations can have a positive impact on association membership and finances. In this 10-minute clip from CLA’s National Association Conference, Coerver urges industry leaders to ask themselves, “What is our strength? How can we concentrate as many resources as we can on that strength?” He goes on to talk about the downside and consequences of too much diversity in programs and services.
