At the 2013 Audacious Philanthropy Conference, CliftonLarsonAllen is joining with Social Venture Partners to present a one-day pre-conference session: “Scaling Impact.” The day is designed for high-potential nonprofits committed to increasing their impact through expansion, replication or collaboration.

In its second year, the session is open to up to 100 people from 50 organizations, drawn from the SVP network portfolio and the portfolio of like-minded funders. “Scaling Impact” is by invitation only.

CLA’s Ben Aase and Sarah Curfman, both with the firm’s nonprofit practice, will be participating in and facilitating the pre-conference session at Social Venture Partner’s Audacious Philanthropy Conference, October 17 – 19 in Palo Alto, California. In addition, CLA is one of the conference’s major sponsors.

“We help our nonprofit clients identify innovative solutions for the financial and strategic management issues they face,” says Aase, a CLA partner who leads the firm’s nonprofit consulting practice. “Our work is similar to the capacity building that SVP offers its nonprofit investees, so it makes sense for our two organizations to be more strategically aligned.”
