Wells Named Principal-in-Charge of Western Region Transaction Services
Bellevue, Washington — June 26, 2014 — CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), a national professional services firm, today announced Randy Wells, CPA, has been named Principal-in-Charge of Western Region Transaction Services.
As part of CLA’s national transaction team, Wells will be responsible for aligning and directly coordinating specialized advisory service delivery to effectively serve CLA’s owners of privately held businesses, private equity clients, and their portfolio companies.

Wells began his career more than 20 years ago with a national accounting firm after graduating from Eastern Washington University. He has extensive experience working with companies in a variety of industries, providing accounting and auditing, merger and acquisitions, and other consulting services. Over the past two years, Wells has served as CLA’s regional manufacturing and distribution principal and is active in a leadership role with the ACG Seattle Chapter.
