TrustCC Joins CliftonLarsonAllen
Seattle — August 24, 2015 — TrustCC, committed to uncovering information security risk for clients, intends to join professional services firm CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), effective September 1, 2015.
“Security is ever-changing and complex,” says TrustCC CEO Tom Schauer. “Because of that, we continually challenge ourselves to bring a unique technical approach in order to uncover more vulnerabilities than traditional methods. When we came across CLA — a firm that we believe has equally strong and complementary strengths — we knew we needed to take a close look to determine if, together, we could serve clients better. And, our answer was, yes!”
CLA is modeling a new approach to serving clients. When a client has a need outside the bounds of the service it receives today, the client isn’t passed to another department to start over and explain history, goals, and experience. The CLA Promise means every person is committed to bring clients the capabilities they want and need, when they need them, drawing in trusted team members to deepen expertise as appropriate.
“As CLA, we are poised to pull off something that few others are attempting,” says Schauer. “We’re serious about serving clients in a new way, as a professional services firm bringing forward relevant capabilities in wealth advisory, outsourcing, and public accounting, without losing that personal touch.”
TrustCC’s 19 professionals, alongside CLA’s dedicated information security team, bring personalized service, strong technical acumen, and deep insight cultivated from extensive time spent in the industries they serve and full-time dedication to information security.
“Tom and his team are high caliber professionals with extensive knowledge of both information security and the industries they serve,” says CLA Chief Practice Officer Scott Dietzen. “The opportunities to serve are unlimited when teams come together like this, around a common goal of making a positive impact on others.”
Beginning September 1, Schauer and the TrustCC team will operate as CLA, maintaining a virtual office presence in the Pacific Northwest.
CLA exists to create opportunities for our clients, our people, and our communities through industry-focused wealth advisory, outsourcing, audit, tax, and consulting services. With more than 6,200 people, 120 U.S. locations and a global affiliation, we promise to know you and help you. Investment advisory services are offered through CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisor.
