Salt Lake City — CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) offices across the country joined the ride for the National Bike to Work Day celebration on Friday, May 17.
CEO Denny Schleper led a contingency from Salt Lake City, including Jen Leary, chief strategy officer, and Kevin Arnold, Nexia International CEO. CLA team members joined them from cities all over the country.
“Getting on the bike is a way for us to demonstrate the firm’s rhythm and our excitement for moving forward,” says Schleper. “It represents the drive and energy we have to help our clients from start to finish.”
About National Bike Month
The League of American Bicyclists sponsors National Bike Month, and local communities host events throughout the United States. Established in 1956, National Bike Month was created as a way to highlight the benefits of biking. According to Consumer Reports, biking to work can save you money, improve your health, and extend your life.
For many, bicycling is a way to incorporate physical activity into daily life — on their daily commute, in this case. For CLA, participating in National Bike to Work Day is also a way to participate in the communities they serve.
