Join CLA for a lecture from Enron’s former CFO, Andrew Fastow. He will discuss how ambiguous and complex laws and regulations can breed opportunity for problematic decisions. He will also highlight questions that organization leaders should be asking to be sure their company not only follows the rules, but upholds the principles behind them.

Andrew Fastow was the chief financial officer of Enron Corporation from 1998 – 2001. In 2004, he pled guilty to two counts of securities fraud, and was sentenced to six years in federal prison. He completed his sentence in 2011, and now lives with his family in Houston, Texas. Fastow currently provides litigation support at a law firm, and he consults with directors, attorneys, and hedge funds on how best to identify potentially critical issues.
