Since the passage of the Affordable Care Act in 2010, employers have spent countless hours interpreting and analyzing the potential impact on their organizations. Scenarios, calculations, and possible outcomes remained largely hypothetical. That is, until 2015 rolled around, bringing with it new reporting requirements, the employer mandate, restrictions on benefit arrangements, and a whole lot more.
