Join us for a complimentary introductory session to experience our LEAD Roundtables – The “Why” of Leadership.
Many people have a career path goal of being a manager. The role is perceived with a host of assumptions about pay, workload, and influence. But is it for anyone?
This session provides members the opportunity to discuss the accuracies and misgivings of becoming a manager, using the discussion to better prepare others for this potential career move.
What is LEAD (Learn, Engage, and Develop)?
This membership fee-based group is now in its tenth season of developing leaders who want to be more effective and influential in their roles. Each roundtable meets nine times between September and May. During these interactive, three-hour sessions, participants engage with an experienced facilitator who uses research, personal experience, and member perspectives, to teach and practice skills and strategies addressing a wide variety of topics.
Who should attend
The August session is designed for a wide range of leadership professionals (business owners, controllers, operations professionals, human resource leaders) as well as others who want to develop and expand their leadership capabilities.
