In this session, learn from CLA nonprofit outsourcing leaders – who personally do month-end close for many nonprofits – about ways to structure your month-end close, options to introduce automation and technology to the process, ideas to balance strong controls with efficiency, and options for how to use that extra time created to add value through dashboards, analytical tools, and more.
