Our changing world continues to impact how we interact with others in the workplace. An increased need for awareness and skill in understanding presents opportunities to build relationships and lead with empathy. 

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to recognize our own feelings and those of others in order to motivate employees and increase engagement. This course will cover tools you can adapt to your leadership style and increase your ability to lead with empathy.
