November is the perfect time to reflect on things we are thankful for: family, friends, and how easy it is to process 1099s out of Intacct. In this webinar, we’ll spend more than a moment (60 minutes in fact!) explaining how thankful we are for Intacct’s capabilities to manage 1099s. Learning objectives:

  • Identify how to set up vendors to track 1099 amounts
  • Identify how to run the 1099 report in Intacct and correct incorrect balances
  • Identify how to print your 1099s directly from Sage Intacct
  • Identify third-party applications that Sage Intacct can integrate with to generate and mail 1099s, as well as electronically file with the IRS

December 28 – The Continuous Close: Month-End for the Modern Accountant

Recording*: The Continuous Close: Month-End for the Modern Accountant

* Recorded sessions are not eligible for CPE credit.

In sales, ABC stands for “Always Be Closing.” To make a sale, you should always be trying to close a sale. That’s a great approach for sales, but not for an accounting and finance team closing their books at month-end. Or is it? While the idea of always being in “close the books” mode may not sound appealing, it’s actually an innovative approach to a problem as old as T-charts. In this session, we’ll show you features of Sage Intacct that will help you operate in continuous close mode, which can lead to faster, more accurate, and more efficient closes while also providing you with greater insights into your organization.
