As a Principal in the BizOps service line, Jordan Smith focuses on outsourced accounting in the construction and real estate industries. Jordan specializes in helping clients clean up and streamline their back office accounting processes to produce financial statements and KPIs to assist management in making meaningful operational impacts. Her experience includes CFO and controller services, WIP and job costing analysis, cash flow forecasting and system implementation.
Jordan has over 15 years of accounting and finance experience. She started her career at a small accounting firm where she focused on outsourced accounting and tax, and gained firm management experience.
