Overview
Originally from Greenville, SC, Matt began his career in Charlotte in the healthcare sector with Maxim Healthcare Services and served as the Sr. Recruiter and talent acquisition specialist. He led and managed the hiring, onboarding, and training of employees as well as all compliance and audit related activities within organization. From there, Matt joined Signature Consultants as a Resource Manager where he spent 3 years supporting large financial corporations and Mid-Market accounts with their Project Management and IT contract and permanent needs. From there, he helped lead the talent acquisition and client strategy efforts for a professional services firm before joining the CLA team. Having gained experience working across multiple industries, Matt has a broad range of knowledge and skills that has led to engaging successful Consulting teams that align with client needs. Matt's efforts have always been focused on having a strong customer experience and doing what is best for the client.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Psychology with a focus in Organizational Development from Appalachian State University.
