Dominic has over 30 years of innovative background including owner, team member, executive, consultant, senior advisor, and board member. Locally, nationally and around the world he succeeds in bridging cultures, building teams, creating and executing strategy, and contributing to shared success. In privately owned, publicly traded, and non-profit organizations, his consistent focus is on development, execution, improvement, governance and sustainability.
Industry experience includes agriculture, automotive, energy, manufacturing and distribution, refining, software, waste management, services, maritime, LNG terminal development and operations, and others. In addition to building high performing company teams, he has developed and directed multiple global outsourcing arrangements with well-known global firms.
He has served as a special purpose board member of a Channel Island holding and trading company, a Texas Independent School District, large and small non-profit organizations, and has been active in several community organizations. His board and executive level advisory experience includes listed companies from Norway, Japan, and China, and various other listed and private companies in all regions of the world.
He holds active CPA licenses in North Carolina and Texas, and three other professional certifications that are global.
He has resided at various times in Europe, Africa and the UK, and is fluent in Italian and Spanish in addition to his native Texan.
Global executive and advisory experience includes: International Market and Organization Development, Global Operations and Finance Senior Management, Strategy Creation and Execution, Management Advisory Services, M&A, and DOJ, SEC, and NHTSA Investigations and Settlements including Federal Monitor appointments and ongoing supervision.
Advisory services: Joint Venture, Strategic Alliance, and Channel Creation and Management, Organizational Improvement, Governance, Global Compliance (FCPA, SOX, etc.), ERM, Due Diligence, Fraud Investigation and Prevention.
Previous Advisor to offshore Operating and Trading Companies - Jersey, Bermuda, Gibraltar. Industry experience with Cayman, Cyprus, etc.

In the community
Dominic previously served on the board of the NACD Research Triangle Chapter, and has been an active NACD member since 2010, first in Texas and now in North Carolina. He is a member of NEDcommunity, the Italian association of Non-Executive and Independent Directors, and through that affiliation, participates in the European Confederation of Directors Associations (ecoDA).
