John's years of serving businesses in the construction, real estate, technology and other industries have given him a deep knowledge of the challenges they face. He has a range of experience that includes assisting corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and individuals with their financial accounting for income tax, income tax compliance, and income tax consulting needs.
In addition, John has solid experience in complex tax provision issues including business combinations, carve-outs, valuation allowance, tax reserves, and equity compensation. John's federal tax expertise includes consolidated return issues, mergers & acquisitions, tax attribute limitations, examination defense, and compliance with the IRS practice and procedures.
