Katelyn has had years of experience as a retail sales associate that has helped polish her distinguished customer service. Working as a sales associate in Old Navy she learned how to keep a happy to help attitude with all kinds of customers that came in, and while working at Breville she developed skillful communication by preparing dishes in front of an audience and explaining every step she was taking. All of this is a notable asset that will come in handy working with the Internal Operations team that is centered around delivering excellent client service.
