Deanna has over 15 years of experience as an HR Consultant focusing on startups and small to medium sized businesses in various industries. Most recently, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at a global health and wellness startup where she was responsible for building HR infrastructure and the organizations strategic plan. With a strong generalist background, Deanna has lead projects focused on talent management, organizational development, HR Operations, cultural transformations, and HRIS implementations. Deanna has a passion for employee engagement and has spent her entire career supporting globally distributed workforces cultivating an inclusive and connected environment.
