Overview
Shane is a CPA and Attorney specializing in partnership taxation as a member of CLA's National Tax Office. He also spends much of his time assisting in transactional planning with CLA's Tax Transaction Services Team. Shane's focus is on complex partnership structures and equity arrangements. Shane joined CLA in 2021. Prior to joining CLA he was a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay. Prior to that, he spent 6 years with Schenck SC and just under 2 years with a law firm in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
